What you will do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy, covering performance management, talent acquisition, and operations.
  • Build a scalable, data-driven talent acquisition engine to support high-growth hiring needs across clinical and non-clinical roles.
  • Ensure HR infrastructure and policies maintain compliance with UK employment law and healthcare regulations (CQC/MHRA/GPhC).
  • Evolve performance frameworks, including OKRs, feedback cycles, and calibration processes.
  • Manage competitive compensation, benefits, and executive reward planning in partnership with the Board.
  • Oversee L&D programs to foster career pathways and leadership development across the organization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in progressive People/HR leadership within high-growth, product-led, or operationally complex businesses.
  • Deep expertise in UK employment law and experience with people toolkits including org design and DEI.
  • Proven track record of scaling organizations, ideally from 500 to 1,000+ employees.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to articulate ROI and build business cases for people initiatives.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to drive decision-making through people metrics.
  • Experience in healthcare or regulated sectors is highly desirable.
