Location: Must be based in the US (HQ in New York, NY; office in Denver, CO).
Compensation: $170,000–$260,000

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end customer onboarding from kickoff to go-live.
- Build and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
- Drive ongoing customer adoption, engagement, and measurable business outcomes.
- Monitor account health and proactively identify opportunities to mitigate churn.
- Partner with Sales to identify and execute account expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify risks and drive solutions during implementation.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US.
- 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Implementations, or Account Management within SaaS.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead strategic stakeholder discussions.
- Comfortable operating in evolving, high-growth startup environments.
- Ability to bridge technical requirements with business-level objectives.
Nice to have
- Experience in travel, fintech, HR tech, or marketplaces.
- Background supporting enterprise-level customers.
- Direct experience in travel-related product management or implementation.
