What you will do

• Manage end-to-end implementation cycles for new customers from sales handoff to value realization.
• Create and track structured success plans to ensure customers meet their operational goals.
• Cultivate customer champions by improving their product knowledge and adoption.
• Collaborate with internal Product, Engineering, and Design teams to advocate for customer needs.
• Proactively identify and mitigate implementation risks with decisive action plans.
• Document customer case studies, success metrics, and new use cases to demonstrate ROI.

Requirements

• Must have 2+ years of experience in financial audit or assurance.
• Must have 1+ years of experience in technology consulting, customer onboarding, or implementation.
• Strong consulting and executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proven project management proficiency for handling multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Deep commitment to mission-first, collaborative teamwork.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
