What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts to ensure customer ROI and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Develop and execute comprehensive engagement strategies, including Success Plans and Executive Business Reviews.
- Act as a strategic advisor on business processes and change management to optimize platform usage.
- Serve as the voice of the customer by advocating for client needs and feature requests to internal Product Management teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional internal resources to deliver unified solutions for complex customer requirements.
- Identify and showcase references and case studies in partnership with marketing teams.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US for this position.
- 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as account management or customer success, ideally with enterprise clients.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management, business process redesign, and change management.
- Professional proficiency in English with strong public speaking and relationship-building skills.
- Experience collaborating with IT, marketing, and PMO departments.
- Ability to navigate C-level conversations and present complex business value propositions.
