What you will do

  • Manage relationships with 300+ strategic accounts to drive value and product adoption.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor, mapping customer goals to hirify.global’s service suite.
  • Conduct business reviews to ensure retention and mitigate churn risk.
  • Partner with Product and Support teams to refine the customer journey and inform the roadmap.
  • Identify and map expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Lead internal initiatives to improve customer success processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of customer success experience within the SaaS industry.
  • Demonstrated history of managing large books of business including renewals.
  • Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders ranging from technical leads to C-suite executives.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen for aligning product usage with business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Must be based in the United States.

  • Background in FinTech, equity management, or financial software.
