What you will do
- Manage relationships with 300+ strategic accounts to drive value and product adoption.
- Serve as a strategic advisor, mapping customer goals to ’s service suite.
- Conduct business reviews to ensure retention and mitigate churn risk.
- Partner with Product and Support teams to refine the customer journey and inform the roadmap.
- Identify and map expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Lead internal initiatives to improve customer success processes and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of customer success experience within the SaaS industry.
- Demonstrated history of managing large books of business including renewals.
- Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders ranging from technical leads to C-suite executives.
- Strong analytical and business acumen for aligning product usage with business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Must be based in the United States.
