TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Cybersecurity): Generating new business opportunities through multi-channel outreach to connect potential customers with cyber resilience platforms with an accent on lead qualification and pipeline growth. Focus on mastering sales techniques, managing prospect interactions in CRM, and collaborating with Account Executives to drive expansion in the European market.

Location: Must be based in Bucharest, Romania (Hybrid: minimum 3 days per week in the Bucharest office).

What you will do

  • Engage potential customers via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn to generate sales appointments.
  • Articulate value propositions to prospects to help them manage and protect their client technology.
  • Partner with Account Executives across Europe to progress leads through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain accurate activity, contact, and account data within Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Meet established daily and weekly activity metrics.
  • Participate in ongoing training and share best practices with the sales team.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work in the Bucharest office at least 3 days per week.
  • Strong desire to build a career in the high-growth technology sales industry.
  • Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
  • Effective time management and independent work capabilities.
  • Aptitude for technology and curiosity about industry trends.
  • Growth mindset with a focus on continuous learning and target achievement.
