What you will do

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients across target markets.
• Engage decision-makers and clearly communicate the SaaS value proposition.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Manage and update all activities in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with remote sales and marketing teams to improve outreach performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of cold calling experience, preferably in SaaS or tech.
• Proven track record of achieving outbound targets (calls, meetings, conversions).
• Experience using cloud-based dialers (Vonage, RingCentral, Dialpad, etc.).
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
