TL;DR
Business Development Representative (SaaS): Leading early-stage customer relationships and pipeline growth through inbound and outbound prospecting with an accent on discovery, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on managing target accounts, documenting insights, and partnering with Account Executives to drive successful sales outcomes.
Location: Must be based in Atlanta and able to work in a hybrid model (3 days in-office)

What you will do
- Manage inbound leads while executing outbound prospecting initiatives
- Conduct discovery conversations with prospective customers and target accounts
- Build detailed insights and strategy through research, documentation, and performance tracking
- Collaborate with Marketing to drive ROI on events and digital campaigns
- Partner with a team of Account Executives to drive pipeline growth and achieve collective goals
- Build growth-focused relationships across the internal team and organizational partners
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Demonstrable strength in English communication skills
- Professional office experience
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce and Salesloft
- Background in SaaS sales or marketing
