What you will do

• Plan and execute multiple large-scale, complex projects simultaneously with a strong customer focus.
• Translate sponsor expectations into clearly defined project scopes and ensure end-to-end delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to bridge the gap between business outcomes and technical execution.
• Provide guidance to various work streams and develop comprehensive project plans.
• Identify and report on project health, risks, dependencies, and resolve escalation points.
• Maintain team agility to adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in IT, Finance, or Insurance industries.
• Proven track record of managing a diverse portfolio of innovation, data, and regulatory projects.
• Successful delivery experience for multiple concurrent projects valued at $1M+.
• Strong financial acumen, including budget forecasting and presentation to senior leadership.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with Agile frameworks.
