Program Manager (Cyber): Leading a complex Engineering and Technical Support program for the Office of Naval Intelligence, overseeing global SCI enterprise operations, modernization, cybersecurity, and cloud/AI initiatives with an accent on cost, schedule, and performance across all task orders. Focus on risk management, contract compliance, and seamless coordination among stakeholders, subcontractors, and cross-functional engineering teams.

Location: Onsite in Suitland, MD. Must be a US citizen.

What you will do

• Establish and sustain the Program Management Plan, Program Calendar, and Conference/Event Schedule for all task orders.
• Implement a Risk Management Plan to identify, evaluate, and mitigate technical, security, cost, and schedule risks.
• Plan and lead formal reviews and produce meeting minutes.
• Conduct Quarterly Progress Reviews and Technical Exchange Meetings and maintain meeting minutes.
• Provide input to the Integrated Master Schedule for program control, status monitoring, and reporting purposes.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure subcontractor compliance with technical, financial, and security requirements.

Requirements

• BS or BA degree in Business Administration, Engineering Management, Engineering or Engineering Discipline desired.
• 10+ years program/project management experience leading large, complex DoD/IC IT or Cyber programs.
• 5+ years managing multi-vendor/subcontractor efforts with measurable cost/schedule accountability.
• Must be a US citizen.
• Experience in Defense acquisition, specifically experience in support of Navy Acquisition management, or an equal level of Federal and Navy Contract Management experience.
• Required Certification(s): PMP
• TS/SCI eligibility required.
