What you will do

  • Take over high-priority customer interactions when the AI reaches its limits to finalize sales.
  • Refine and update AI prompts and scripts to improve logical flow.
  • Analyze customer interactions to identify friction points and drop-off reasons.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Analytics teams to align messaging with brand standards.
  • Maintain high-quality communication to guide users toward successful purchases.
  • Work on a 24/7 shift rotation or standard daytime schedule depending on operational needs.

Requirements

  • Native or bilingual proficiency in Slovenian and Croatian.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Warsaw, Poland.
  • Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
  • Comfort with data-driven decision making and logical reasoning.
  • Ability to switch between sales and strategic analysis modes.
