• Fluent Czech or Slovak is a MUST.
• English is a MUST.
• Strong communication skills with experience in handling objections and closing sales.
• Ability to analyze interaction data to improve AI performance.
• Comfortable with configuring and tweaking AI logic and prompts.
• Availability for 24/7 shift rotations or specific operational hours as required.
