Location: Must be based in the United States
Compensation: $135,000–$205,000 per year (base salary), plus commissions and equity

What you will do
- Manage the technical relationship throughout the entire sales cycle as the primary face of NG-SIEM for prospective customers.
- Conduct technical demonstrations, answer complex security questions, and provide a clear technical vision to potential buyers.
- Collaborate with sales, product management, marketing, and engineering teams to translate customer needs into tangible product value.
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies, including exploring new use cases, integrations, and strategic partnerships.
- Provide critical feedback to Product Management to drive platform innovation and expansion.
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, helping them discover and expand their use of the security ecosystem.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Minimum 2 years of experience with log management, SIEM, and XDR platforms.
- Proven background in data ingestion, parsing, manipulation, and security use-case validation.
- Strong understanding of Linux/Windows troubleshooting, cloud concepts, and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with common sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger Selling, or Value Selling.
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and organizational abilities.
Nice to have
- Experience with distributed data stores and data shipping services.
- Knowledge of SSO concepts and various cloud infrastructure providers.
- Proven track record in hunting for new account acquisition and consultative sales.
