Location: Based in New York City (Hybrid with Remote Fridays)
Salary: $165,000 – $195,000 + $60,000 – $80,000 Commission

What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Solutions Engineers.
- Oversee technical evaluations, POCs, and pilot programs for enterprise and government clients.
- Partner with Account Executives to conduct technical discovery and architect custom solutions.
- Define the technical sales motion and implement best practices like MEDDPICC.
- Create scalable technical collateral and enablement programs for the GTM organization.
- Act as the primary feedback loop between customers and the product/engineering teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Solutions Engineering or related technical sales roles at B2B SaaS or cybersecurity companies.
- 2+ years of people management experience.
- Strong technical expertise in API-first platforms, RESTful architectures, and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Solid understanding of AI/ML, computer vision, and generative AI technologies.
- Proven track record of driving complex enterprise sales cycles and technical wins.
- Willingness to travel up to 25-30% for business engagements.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with deepfakes or synthetic media technologies.
- Experience with security frameworks such as SOC 2, FedRAMP, or NIST.
