Enterprise Sales Engineer (Cloud Security): Leading technical sales opportunities by assessing prospect requirements and demonstrating the value of secure software supply chain solutions with an accent on cloud-native security and container technologies. Focus on building credibility with enterprise stakeholders, managing proof-of-concepts, and partnering with sales teams to drive new customer acquisition.

Location: Must be based in the Greater New York City area. Position is remote-first but requires local presence.

Salary: $225,000–$275,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Partner with sales teams to evaluate and demonstrate solution value to prospects
  • Manage all technical aspects of sales opportunities, including demos and POVs/POCs
  • Drive acquisition of new customer logos and expand within existing accounts
  • Listen to customer challenges and translate them into actionable technical solutions
  • Represent the company at webinars, conferences, and meetups

Requirements

  • Must be located in the Greater New York City area
  • 3+ years of experience selling into Enterprise or Mid-Market accounts
  • Background in Sales Engineering or Pre-Sales Engineering
  • Proficiency with container technologies like Kubernetes, Serverless, or Docker
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud/app security
  • Experience with MEDDPICC or Command of the Message sales frameworks
