Regional Sales Manager (Cybersecurity): Driving business growth and expanding market share by hunting for new enterprise logos and managing existing high-value accounts with an accent on the Western territory. Focus on prospecting, pipeline management, and positioning advanced software supply chain security and SIEM solutions to major Fortune 500 decision-makers.
Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote-first environment).
Salary: $150,000 – $160,000 plus performance-based bonus.

What you will do
- Strategically plan and execute sales activities to meet or exceed established sales quotas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in information security and technology departments at Fortune 500 companies.
- Proactively prospect for new business opportunities and grow the existing territory revenue.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospect identification to contract closure.
- Collaborate with channel partners, sales engineering, and marketing teams to drive indirect and direct deal flow.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and lead management using Salesforce.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 6-8 years of overall professional experience with 5+ years in security software sales.
- Proven background selling SOAR and SIEM solutions to Security Operations Centers (SOC).
- Startup experience is mandatory for this role.
- Experience managing enterprise-level sales opportunities from prospect to closure.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce for pipeline and forecast management.
- Ability to travel at least 30% of the time.

- Bachelor of Arts or Science degree.
- Extensive existing network of contacts within the information security field.
