What you will do

• Lead day-to-day project delivery for large and complex DB and DC pension schemes.
• Design and deliver reviews of administration operations and service improvement plans.
• Conduct data management audits, including GMP reconciliation and benefit calculations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for pension clients and third-party providers.
• Review technical work produced by junior team members and provide training and mentorship.
• Support business development by identifying client needs and securing further project opportunities.

Requirements

• Must have in-depth experience with UK Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution pension schemes.
• Proven background as a consultant or senior pension administrator in a consultancy environment.
• Strong expertise in technical administration, including benefit audits and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and lead teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
