What you will do

  • Plan and execute full-lifecycle marketing campaigns to drive customer retention, expansion, and growth.
  • Lead the end-to-end strategy for customer events, including conferences, executive briefings, and webinars.
  • Design pre-event engagement and post-event nurture programs to accelerate expansion pipeline.
  • Collaborate with customer success and sales teams to personalize event experiences and follow-ups.
  • Manage integrated paid social and email campaigns to drive registration and product awareness.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and attendee behavior to optimize ROI and strategy.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on customer, demand, or growth marketing.
  • Proven track record managing B2B events and webinar programs with measurable business impact.
  • Proficiency with marketing and CRM stacks such as Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Experience with event technology platforms like Cvent or GlobalMeet.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to thrive in a global matrixed environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in customer segmentation and behavioral targeting.
