TL;DR

What you will do

  • Proactively prospect new business and execute deals to expand market presence in South Europe.
  • Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and renewal rates.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to deliver on ambitious sales targets.
  • Coordinate RFI/RFPs and manage the full sales pipeline using internal CRM tools.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and trade shows to generate leads.
  • Collaborate with product teams to provide feedback on market needs and product gaps.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in institutional financial technology sales or high-growth fintech environments.
  • Proven ability to develop commercial business strategies and build market presence.
  • Demonstrated interest in digital assets, cryptocurrencies, and financial market digitization.
  • English fluency is mandatory; proficiency in Italian and/or Spanish is required.
  • Willingness to undertake regular travel within Europe for client meetings and events.
