What you will do
- Generate and manage a pipeline of prospective conveyancing firms within the assigned territory.
- Conduct professional demonstrations and consultative sales meetings to close new business.
- Manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously, ranging from initial contact to final contract.
- Maintain strong working relationships with existing and new clients, providing updates on features.
- Utilize and maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM to track sales performance.
- Analyze the local competitive landscape to effectively position the company's payment solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a field-based sales role, particularly selling digital or SaaS products.
- Fluent Spanish communication skills for engaging with law firm owners and senior stakeholders.
- English proficiency at C1 level.
- Strong background in territory mapping and revenue opportunity identification.
- Understanding of conveyancing services, estate agencies, or ancillary real estate industries.
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
Nice to have
- Experience selling international payment services or B2B SaaS solutions.
- Prior experience in an SDR or Account Executive role.
- Experience selling services specifically to legal or conveyancing firms.
