What you will do

  • Generate and manage a pipeline of prospective conveyancing firms within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct professional demonstrations and consultative sales meetings to close new business.
  • Manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously, ranging from initial contact to final contract.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with existing and new clients, providing updates on features.
  • Utilize and maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM to track sales performance.
  • Analyze the local competitive landscape to effectively position the company's payment solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a field-based sales role, particularly selling digital or SaaS products.
  • Fluent Spanish communication skills for engaging with law firm owners and senior stakeholders.
  • English proficiency at C1 level.
  • Strong background in territory mapping and revenue opportunity identification.
  • Understanding of conveyancing services, estate agencies, or ancillary real estate industries.
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and organizational abilities.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling international payment services or B2B SaaS solutions.
  • Prior experience in an SDR or Account Executive role.
  • Experience selling services specifically to legal or conveyancing firms.
