What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Partnership Development Managers.
- Define and execute the partnership strategy for the French market.
- Recruit and nurture strategic partners, including resellers and implementation partners.
- Contribute personally to closing high-impact partnerships.
- Oversee the full partner lifecycle, including demos, reviews, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with SDR, Product, and Marketing teams to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Partnerships, B2B Sales, or SaaS.
- Initial leadership or mentoring experience.
- Native level of French and fluency in English.
- Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate.
- Strong experience managing pipelines, forecasting, and driving targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in HR tech, Payroll, or SMB SaaS environments.
- Background in channel sales or distribution partnerships.
- Full-cycle B2B sales expertise.
