What you will do
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle across EMEA, driving client acquisition and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute targeted outbound sales strategies to penetrate institutional markets.
- Build and nurture high-level relationships with asset managers, hedge funds, banks, and corporates.
- Manage the full range of institutional products including spot, futures, custody, and prime brokerage.
- Partner with Marketing and Product teams to provide market intelligence and competitive positioning.
- Represent the brand at key industry events and conferences to generate leads.
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of institutional sales experience within a trading or crypto environment.
- Fluency in English AND at least one of the following languages: German, Spanish, or French.
- Must be based in the EMEA region.
- Deep understanding of complex financial products including OTC, prime brokerage, and custody.
- Established network of institutional relationships with asset allocators and banking institutions in EMEA.
- Strong knowledge of regional cryptocurrency regulations and ability to navigate evolving landscapes.

- Proven track record in crypto-native sales or highly sophisticated financial services.
