Location: Must be based in France, with hybrid work supported at our Paris HQ or co-working hubs in Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille, Biarritz, Nantes, or Annecy.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute field marketing events to build hirify.global’s reputation among HR decision-makers in design offices.
  • Become an expert in the design offices market to provide actionable insights and upskill the sales team.
  • Create verticalized sales materials and pitch decks tailored to the specific challenges of technical and engineering industries.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with key industry federations like CINOV and Syntec Ingénierie.
  • Drive brand awareness through sponsorships, speaking engagements, and professional networking.
  • Generate and qualify a robust business pipeline through targeted field initiatives and partnerships.

Requirements

  • Full working proficiency in French is mandatory.
  • Advanced (C1+) English proficiency is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, event marketing, or sales development in complex environments.
  • Proven ability to execute targeted marketing campaigns and measure ROI.
  • Strong networking skills with the ability to engage C-level executives and federation leaders.
  • Comfortable working with technical audiences and navigating structured B2B decision-making processes.
