What you will do
- Set and maintain KPIs and compensation plans focused on revenue.
- Deliver high-performing B2B lead generation campaigns, managing lead data from acquisition to conversion.
- Capture and develop new business opportunities through multi-channel prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Work with sales and marketing to align lead generation with commercial goals.
- Implement new business development programs based on data, messaging, events, and tools.
Requirements
- Experience using CRM for prospecting, automation, and reporting on outbound sales activity. Experience with Hubspot CRM a plus.
- Experience with Linkedin Sales Navigator.
- Experience with Amplemarket or alternatives such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clay.
- Familiarity with AI tools and experience using them.
- Experience in devtools/cloud infrastructure/cloud security or related spaces.
