TL;DR

Partner Enablement & Success Manager (SaaS): Building the enablement infrastructure and running the co-marketing engine to ensure partners can sell and want to sell for both hirify.global and Claap with an accent on creating sales playbooks, enablement libraries, and onboarding processes. Focus on organizing joint webinars, producing co-branded content, and executing lead generation campaigns to drive partner engagement and pipeline.

What you will do

  • Build core sales playbooks for hirify.global and Claap.
  • Define and operationalize the partner journey in the sales cycle.
  • Create an enablement library with certification paths and product training modules.
  • Own the onboarding process to get new partners to first SQL quickly.
  • Organize and run joint webinars and online events with partners.
  • Produce co-branded content and build co-branded lead generation campaigns.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Partner Success, Customer Success, or Sales Enablement in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience building enablement content and running co-marketing initiatives with external partners.
  • Strong project management instincts and data-driven approach to track partner performance.
  • Excellent communicator with native or near native English and French.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to SalesTech, RevOps, or CRM ecosystems.
  • Experience working with RevOps consultants, CRM integrators, or IT service firms.
  • Familiarity with Partnerstack or similar PRM tooling.
  • Multi-geo experience in US, UK, France, DACH, Benelux, and Nordics.
