Location: Must be based in the UK and able to work in a field-based (hybrid) capacity.

What you will do
- Source new business and grow the account base within an assigned marketplace.
- Maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing clients to meet their marketing objectives.
- Achieve weekly KPIs including meetings and pre-bookings to meet revenue pacing targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to winning and booking business.
- Collaborate with internal creative and campaign support teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Accurately forecast sales and maintain records using Salesforce.
Requirements
- Demonstrated track record of success in meeting sales targets and KPIs.
- Experience in selling to small and medium-sized businesses.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work autonomously in a field-based role.
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
- Understanding of the sales process from opening to closing.
