What you will do

• Lead the development of global marketing strategies, customer segmentation, and lifecycle frameworks.
• Drive the adoption of global marketing best practices by collaborating with local marketing teams.
• Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for increasing user conversion, retention, and reactivation.
• Define and monitor key metrics to ensure transparency and effectiveness of global marketing initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with local stakeholders to ensure effective communication and continuous improvement.
• Champion local market needs within the central marketing organization.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a strategic marketing role, ideally within international e-commerce or consulting.
• Proven track record in international stakeholder management and cross-functional team alignment.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data reporting and deriving business insights.
• Solid experience with experimentation and testing methodologies like A/B testing.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex strategies clearly.
• Proactive project management approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
