Location: Hybrid, spending 60% of your time in the office and 40% at home. There’s an option to work for 20 days abroad in approved countries.

What you will do
- Lead and develop the SEA team to achieve strategic, operational, and financial objectives.
- Define and execute a data-driven SEA strategy to drive growth and efficiency across all markets and platforms.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and continuous optimization of paid search campaigns.
- Ensure full alignment between media, promotional, and commercial plans to foster sustainable business growth.
- Analyze campaign and market data to identify opportunities and align initiatives with business goals.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing leadership team to enhance bidding, tracking, and reporting systems.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in paid search management, ideally with a proven record in leading teams and developing large-scale SEA strategies.
- In-depth expertise with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and associated search and shopping ecosystems.
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to turn insights into measurable growth initiatives.
- Excellent understanding of performance marketing KPIs, attribution models, and the interplay between SEA, SEO, social, and display channels.
- Proven communicator and people leader who can inspire collaboration across teams and departments.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
