What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive ongoing value from the platform.
- Manage the end-to-end contract renewal cycle, from initial meetings to final signatures, while driving ARR growth.
- Identify whitespace in accounts to promote upsell and cross-sell opportunities for additional solutions.
- Devise and execute comprehensive account strategies to maximize growth and create new customer champions.
- Provide high-touch customer service, handling escalations and coordinating support as needed.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and deliver customer feedback to the Product Management team.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (written and spoken) is required.
- Strong experience in a full sales cycle account management role, ideally selling to technical audiences.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Strong understanding of sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC or Sandler.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to handle client negotiations and objections.
- Ability to work from the Barcelona office 1–2 days per week.
