TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Barcelona and able to work from the office 1–2 days/week.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive ongoing value from the platform.
  • Manage the end-to-end contract renewal cycle, from initial meetings to final signatures, while driving ARR growth.
  • Identify whitespace in accounts to promote upsell and cross-sell opportunities for additional solutions.
  • Devise and execute comprehensive account strategies to maximize growth and create new customer champions.
  • Provide high-touch customer service, handling escalations and coordinating support as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and deliver customer feedback to the Product Management team.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (written and spoken) is required.
  • Strong experience in a full sales cycle account management role, ideally selling to technical audiences.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance metrics.
  • Strong understanding of sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC or Sandler.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to handle client negotiations and objections.
  • Ability to work from the Barcelona office 1–2 days per week.
