What you will do

  • Own and develop a dedicated portfolio of 100-120 customer accounts.
  • Execute the full sales cycle from initial discovery to contract signature.
  • Proactively identify and hunt for upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure high product usage and retention.
  • Analyze customer ecosystems and feedback to drive product innovation.
  • Maintain accurate client interaction and progress data in the CRM.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Fluency in both English and German.
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and portfolio management skills.
  • Ownership mindset and ability to thrive in a rapidly expanding team.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to the London office for hybrid work.
