What you will do
- Own and develop a dedicated portfolio of 100-120 customer accounts.
- Execute the full sales cycle from initial discovery to contract signature.
- Proactively identify and hunt for upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure high product usage and retention.
- Analyze customer ecosystems and feedback to drive product innovation.
- Maintain accurate client interaction and progress data in the CRM.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Fluency in both English and German.
- Strong negotiation, closing, and portfolio management skills.
- Ownership mindset and ability to thrive in a rapidly expanding team.
- Must be based in or able to commute to the London office for hybrid work.
