SMB Account Executive (SaaS Sales): Leading the end-to-end acquisition of SMB customers in the UK with an accent on outbound prospecting, tailored product demonstrations, and complex contract negotiations. Focus on building and executing territory-specific go-to-market strategies, maintaining accurate pipeline forecasting, and driving revenue growth within a high-speed environment.

Location: Must be based in London or able to work from the London office 3 days per week (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the SMB territory to identify and convert high-potential prospects.
  • Lead full-cycle sales processes from initial outbound prospecting to final contract negotiation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Development, Marketing, RevOps, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Deliver consistent revenue performance by exceeding mid-market sales quotas.
  • Provide accurate pipeline insights and sales forecasts to leadership.
  • Contribute to a learning-focused culture through peer shadowing and feedback loops.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a quota-carrying AE in a high-performing SaaS sales environment.
  • Ability to work from the London office 3 days per week.
  • Strong communication and influence skills for stakeholder engagement at all levels.
  • Proven track record in pipeline management and disciplined forecasting.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Adaptability and resourcefulness suited for a fast-moving scale-up environment.
