What you will do
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the SMB territory to identify and convert high-potential prospects.
- Lead full-cycle sales processes from initial outbound prospecting to final contract negotiation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Development, Marketing, RevOps, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Deliver consistent revenue performance by exceeding mid-market sales quotas.
- Provide accurate pipeline insights and sales forecasts to leadership.
- Contribute to a learning-focused culture through peer shadowing and feedback loops.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a quota-carrying AE in a high-performing SaaS sales environment.
- Ability to work from the London office 3 days per week.
- Strong communication and influence skills for stakeholder engagement at all levels.
- Proven track record in pipeline management and disciplined forecasting.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Adaptability and resourcefulness suited for a fast-moving scale-up environment.
