What you will do
- Research and identify new business leads within target accounts.
- Execute proactive outreach using phone, video, email, and social media.
- Partner with Account Executives to develop creative pipeline-building programs.
- Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives.
- Manage activities in Salesforce and Outreach to track engagement.
- Achieve quarterly quotas for qualified opportunities and pipeline progression.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and German is required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to think quickly during conversations.
- Highly organized with an aptitude for learning sales technology platforms.
- Resilience and a positive attitude toward handling objections.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Passion for sales processes and collaborative team spirit.
