What you will do

  • Research and identify new business leads within target accounts.
  • Execute proactive outreach using phone, video, email, and social media.
  • Partner with Account Executives to develop creative pipeline-building programs.
  • Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives.
  • Manage activities in Salesforce and Outreach to track engagement.
  • Achieve quarterly quotas for qualified opportunities and pipeline progression.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and German is required.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to think quickly during conversations.
  • Highly organized with an aptitude for learning sales technology platforms.
  • Resilience and a positive attitude toward handling objections.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Passion for sales processes and collaborative team spirit.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience with Salesforce or LinkedIn Navigator.
  • Previous experience in software or B2B technology sales.
