Sales Development Representative: Responsible for supporting hirify.global's growth strategy with an accent on creating market awareness, identifying prospective customers, qualifying leads and generating new business for the company. Focus on attending hirify.global Academy, a program focused on enabling future all-star sellers within the organisation.

Location: Onsite in London, United Kingdom

What you will do

  • Manage inbound lead flow and execute outbound prospecting initiatives.
  • Execute targeted outbound campaigns to identify new contacts and arrange product introductions.
  • Partner with the Sales team to build quality pipeline.
  • Stay engaged with prospects and nurture your deals.
  • Act as an ambassador and advocate for hirify.global, sharing your passion and knowledge with customers and prospects.
  • Arrange discovery calls and well-qualified product demonstrations for the Field Sales and Pre-Sales teams.

Requirements

  • Native English speaker, additional languages highly advantageous.
  • Positive and energetic communication skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills.
  • Genuinely curious, self-motivated, creative, results-driven, solution-oriented, direct, and driven to succeed.
  • Comfortable making cold calls.
  • Thrive in a metrics-driven organisation.
  • Ability to analyse industry trends and craft relevant messaging.
  • Curious personality with a desire to grow a long-term career in enterprise sales.

Nice to have

  • Outbound and lead generation experience in a B2B environment.
  • Passionate about technology and what it can do for society, selling technology and redefining a market segment.
  • Previous tech industry experience or experience in sales development, tele-marketing and/or sales.
