TL;DR
Account Manager (SaaS): Driving expansion revenue within existing accounts in the APJ region with an accent on upselling and cross-selling human resources software solutions. Focus on managing a high-velocity pipeline of approximately 30 active deals per quarter and building consultative relationships with stakeholders to align platform solutions with business goals.
Location: Must be based in Australia (Sydney), hybrid work model.

What you will do
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities to generate new ARR within 60-70 existing accounts.
- Build and manage a pipeline of approximately 30 active opportunities per quarter.
- Apply structured sales frameworks like MEDDPICC to navigate and close complex sales cycles.
- Develop consultative relationships with key client stakeholders to understand and address their business needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Renewal Managers, and Sales Engineers to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in driving revenue through upselling in a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Demonstrated hunter mentality with a strong ability to build pipeline and close deals.
- Experience managing large, complex accounts, specifically with 500+ employee organizations.
- Hands-on experience with sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC.
- Familiarity with Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting.
- Ability to work virtually day-to-day while based in Sydney, with willingness to travel as needed.
