What you will do
- Drive the early stage of the sales process by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects across multiple channels.
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers to understand their challenges and spark interest in .
- Partner closely with Account Executives to create opportunities and deliver a consistent, high-quality pipeline.
- Craft personalised, creative outreach campaigns that stand out and convert.
- Become an expert on the platform, able to clearly and confidently communicate its value.
- Keep CRM data accurate and own your metrics with accountability.
Requirements
- Initial experience in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment (sales, consulting, banking, start-ups, or similar).
- Proven ability to exceed goals or KPIs.
- Strong communication skills - confident, credible, and persuasive.
- A proactive, growth-oriented mindset: you’re hungry to learn, open to feedback, and thrive in ambiguity.
- Organised, disciplined, and accountable for your results.
- Interest in SaaS, procurement, or B2B tech is a plus, but not required.
