What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert on hirify.global Codex for a portfolio of customers.
• Design and implement AI-enhanced development workflows from prototyping through production rollout.
• Build high-quality demos, reference implementations, and workflow automations using Codex.
• Lead large-format technical workshops and deep dives to enable engineering teams.
• Contribute technical content to the hirify.global Cookbook to help the broader developer community.
• Gather product insights from deployments to influence product proposals and model feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, post-sales engineering, or solutions architecture.
• Active power user of AI coding tools with a deep understanding of developer productivity.
• Strong experience in building technical demos and integrations.
• Proven ability to deliver large, high-impact workshops to engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex concepts to strategic stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, rapidly evolving problem spaces.
