What you will do
- Conduct outbound lead generation and qualification through phone, email, and social media.
- Validate buying signals and engage multiple personas within targeted buying groups.
- Manage prospecting activities and maintain accurate lead data within Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with field and channel sales teams to pass qualified opportunities.
- Maintain deep knowledge of hirify.global products and the storage/cloud backup market.
- Track and meet monthly KPIs including lead generation and meeting scheduling.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional outreach.
- Ability to work independently as a high-energy, motivated self-starter.
- Proficiency in basic business research and CRM tools like Salesforce or LinkedIn.
- Exceptional multi-tasking and time management capabilities.
- Must be able to work on-site in a hybrid capacity in North Sydney.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in high-tech sales or Revenue Development Representative roles.
- Technical understanding of storage, cloud backup, and industry-related technologies.
- Experience with social selling best practices.
