TL;DR

Sales Development Associate (SaaS): Identifying, qualifying, and creating new account opportunities for channel and sales teams through proactive outreach and demand management. Focus on building and managing a high-quality pipeline of leads, validating buyer personas, and utilizing CRM tools to drive sales growth within assigned territories.

Location: Hybrid role based in North Sydney, New South Wales

What you will do

  • Conduct outbound lead generation and qualification through phone, email, and social media.
  • Validate buying signals and engage multiple personas within targeted buying groups.
  • Manage prospecting activities and maintain accurate lead data within Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate with field and channel sales teams to pass qualified opportunities.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of hirify.global products and the storage/cloud backup market.
  • Track and meet monthly KPIs including lead generation and meeting scheduling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional outreach.
  • Ability to work independently as a high-energy, motivated self-starter.
  • Proficiency in basic business research and CRM tools like Salesforce or LinkedIn.
  • Exceptional multi-tasking and time management capabilities.
  • Must be able to work on-site in a hybrid capacity in North Sydney.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in high-tech sales or Revenue Development Representative roles.
  • Technical understanding of storage, cloud backup, and industry-related technologies.
  • Experience with social selling best practices.
