What you will do

  • Lead monthly and weekly sales performance tracking, identify gaps, risks, and opportunities.
  • Streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and enhance CRM and reporting systems.
  • Support the development of annual and monthly commercial plans and ensure alignment of sales programs across channels.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain on demand planning, sales forecast consolidation, and inventory management.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for sales KPIs and conduct post-campaign analysis.
  • Support training rollout for sales tools and act as the operational point of contact for sales escalations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, or Business Planning.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and CRM systems.
  • Experience in FMCG, beauty, retail, or consumer goods industries preferred.
  • High attention to detail, process-oriented mindset, and strong problem-solving capabilities.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting multi-channel sales (retail, e-commerce, distributors).
  • Knowledge of forecasting, trade terms management, or commercial planning.
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
