What you will do

• Coordinate and deploy CRM campaigns across various channels.
• Collaborate with brand teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Manage campaign deployment within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Monitor campaign progress and identify pain points using performance indicators.
• Provide technical expertise and leadership for CRM channels.
• Maintain documentation and propose optimizations for existing campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a technical field.
• Experience in digital marketing, project management, or CRM operations.
• Proficiency in HTML and SQL.
• Fluent in English (written and oral).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to follow complex processes.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
