What you will do

• Lead and grow the FP&A team, mentoring team members and transforming processes and analytics.
• Drive the value of AI-driven tooling and processes across the organization.
• Build the next generation of financial metrics and reporting that considers hybrid human/agent workforce planning.
• Own the annual planning and monthly rolling forecast processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and investment decisions.
• Create board and investor materials that clearly communicate Loop's financial story and growth trajectory.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, preferably in a fast-paced, B2B SaaS environment.
• Direct management experience in FP&A.
• Experience with AI-tooling.
• Expertise in SaaS metrics and unit economics.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to transition from strategic thinking to analytical rigor.
