Location: Must be based in the US. If residing within commutable distance to one of our offices, a hybrid schedule is required (3 days in office, 2 days remote).

Salary: $93,000 - $123,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and improve financial models to support accurate forecasting and strategic planning.
• Analyze key business metrics including retention rates, pipeline health, and churn.
• Support budgeting and long-range planning for revenue, cash billings, and KPIs.
• Provide insightful variance analysis to support Executive Management and the Board.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system data flows and reporting processes.
• Integrate AI tools into financial analysis and pricing model workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in FP&A, Revenue Operations, Data Analysis, or Business Intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Familiarity with SQL and ability to deepen technical skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data to diverse audiences.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with planning software such as Adaptive.
• Experience with SaaS business models and Snowflake data environments.
