What you will do

• Lead and grow a global Deal Desk team across NAMER, EMEA, and APAC.
• Own deal strategy, improve frameworks, discount guardrails, and approval matrices.
• Serve as a strategic partner to Sales leadership on complex deals.
• Partner with Accounting, Legal, and Finance to ensure compliant deal structures.
• Build operational infrastructure for Deal Desk, including tooling and automation.
• Define the strategy for deal desk engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of Deal Desk, Deal Strategy, or related commercial experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, with at least 3-4 years in a people leadership role.
• Proven ability to build and scale a deal desk function.
• High sales empathy and executive-level stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker who builds scalable programs.
• Open to using AI to amplify skills and improve efficiency.
