What you will do

• Lead the strategic finance function for Product & Engineering, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
• Develop and manage financial models to quantify the business impact of product investments and operational objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, track performance, and ensure accountability for efficiency targets.
• Build robust models for major projects including ROI, LTV/CAC, and payback analysis to guide decision-making.
• Identify and implement AI-based tools to improve forecasting precision and streamline internal financial processes.
• Hire, mentor, and build a high-performing, data-driven finance team.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, or corporate strategy.
• 5+ years of direct leadership or management experience in a high-growth tech or public company.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Deep understanding of SaaS and usage-based business models.
• Exceptional ability to synthesize complex topics into simple frameworks for executive influence.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools, and financial planning software.

• Track record of using AI to drive forecasting methodologies or process improvements.
• Experience scaling a strategic finance function from scratch.
