What you will do

• Lead revenue forecasting, integrating customer forecasts, segment-level views, and statistical models.
• Partner with the COO on capital deployment decisions, including headcount planning and territory design.
• Own and evolve hirify.global’s GTM performance reporting, focusing on high-signal metrics.
• Build trusted relationships across the organization, connecting the GTM function with key partners.
• Own the GTM narrative for quarterly Board meetings, synthesizing business performance.
• Define the future-state of the GTM Finance team, hiring and developing a high-performing team.

Requirements

• 12+ years in Finance, with experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance at a high-growth B2B technology company.
• Deep fluency in B2B SaaS and GTM metrics.
• Exceptional analytical rigor paired with sharp business judgment.
• Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing finance teams.
• Executive presence and exceptional communication skills.
