Financial Analyst (Golf)

What you will do

• Coordinate budgeting and strategic planning for distribution centers and support presentations to executive management.
• Assist with monthly forecasting, close activities, intercompany charges, and freight and duty standards.
• Report and analyze distribution cost per unit, plan and forecast variances, cycle counts, and key operational metrics.
• Prepare financial analyses for major programs and capital projects, including ROI calculations and capital funding requests.
• Monitor capital spending and actual performance against plan through detailed reports for senior executives.
• Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma to standardize reporting workflows, templates, and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to extract and use data from ERP systems and work with integrated business systems.
• Ability to present financial data to senior management and collaborate with internal, external, and foreign subsidiary stakeholders.
