Finance & Strategy Senior Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; or Chicago, IL, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week

Base pay: $111,000–$130,000 USD in Zone 1; $97,000–$114,000 USD in Zone 2; $86,000–$101,000 USD in Zone 3. Additional bonus, equity, and benefits are available.

What you will do

• Own Growth Finance reporting and performance management, providing insights on business performance, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Automate and scale recurring Finance processes using technology and AI.
• Evaluate investments across performance marketing, promotions, and product-led growth initiatives.
• Build financial models and analyses covering ROI, payback, customer growth, asset growth, and revenue.
• Partner with Data Science, Accounting, Marketing, Product, and other teams to improve measurement and support Growth initiatives.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, business judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to structure ambiguous questions, manage multiple priorities, and develop clear recommendations independently.
• Strong data and communication skills, including experience working with large datasets and communicating with technical partners and senior leaders.
• An AI-first and continuous-improvement mindset, with experience using technology, automation, or AI to improve analytical and reporting processes.
• Availability to work from the listed US offices with in-person attendance at least 3 days per week.
