FP&A Analyst (AI)

Location: Remote anywhere in the United States; new hires must work onsite at the Columbus, Ohio office during their first week for onboarding.

Salary: $75,000–$80,000 base salary per year, with additional bonus potential.

What you will do

• Maintain and update financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages for management and stakeholders.
• Track SaaS metrics and maintain data integrity across reporting sources.
• Perform go-to-market, ad hoc, and cross-functional financial analysis.
• Support departmental decision-making, growth strategies, and mid- to long-range planning.
• Use AI tools and workflows to improve the efficiency and quality of analysis.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, public accounting, or a similar analytical role.
• Understanding of how revenue and expense decisions affect the Income Statement and Statement of Cash Flows.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, accounting practices, financial analysis, and end-to-end business processes.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills with sophisticated financial modeling abilities.
• Direct experience using AI to enhance reporting and analysis.
• Strong communication, analytical, planning, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Understanding of SaaS business models and SaaS metrics.
• Experience in a private equity-backed or high-growth SaaS environment.
• Experience integrating data from ERP, CRM, and other data platforms.
