What you will do

• Drive and execute large-scale, complex UX Research projects from inception to completion.
• Design and conduct innovative qualitative and quantitative studies.
• Translate complex research data into clear, actionable insights.
• Communicate research findings using storytelling techniques.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify research needs.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior researchers and team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in UX Research within a product organization.
• Expertise in a wide range of research mix-methodologies and tools, including advanced qualitative and quantitative approaches.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated experience in an agile development environment and a deep understanding of product design processes.

Nice to have

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in a related field.
• Experience using ML/AI to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights at scale.
• Leadership experience in a UX Research team.
• Domain expertise in a specific area relevant to our product, particularly in the dating space.
• Proficiency with advanced research tools and software like eye-tracking.
