What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for safety and trusted connections, translating strategic direction into user flows and high-quality UI.
• Evolve design systems and visual language to ensure cohesive and scalable safety experiences.
• Mentor peer designers, facilitate critiques, and foster a culture of curiosity and design excellence.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and User Research to define vision and align stakeholders.
• Drive experimentation with emerging technologies and advanced prototyping to improve safety-by-design methodologies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience, including 3+ years leading design for mobile consumer products.
• Deep expertise in Figma, prototyping, and design systems with the ability to work across iOS and Android.
• Experience designing for Trust & Safety, identity, or risk-related problem spaces.
• Demonstrated ability to drive end-to-end design through ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
• Strong background in research collaboration, hypothesis-driven iteration, and stakeholder management.
• In-depth understanding of accessibility, inclusivity, and ethical design principles.

Nice to have

• Experience with experimentation frameworks or machine learning signals.
• Active participation in the design or Trust & Safety community through writing or speaking.
