What you will do

• Define agentic shopping experiences beyond chatbots, creating new interaction patterns.
• Design dashboard tools for Agent Orchestrators to configure, train, and optimize shopping journeys.
• Validate new shopping experiences with actual shopper data through UI experiments.
• Conduct shopper research and run experiments alongside product and data teams.
• Define a bold visual design direction for product discovery in 2027.
• Ensure designs scale within hirify.global's evolving design system and component library.

Requirements

• Goal-oriented, iterative mindset with a focus on solving high-impact problems.
• Practical experience with user interviews, usability tests, and data analysis.
• Experience designing for unfamiliar problems, especially in B2B contexts.
• Systems thinking to spot patterns, define systems, and design scalable solutions.
